Sth Bend, IN Minutes from 11/26/08 SBFF Meeting

7:00pm - Meeting begins with X wandering/cleaning in the garage.

7:32pm - X finally breaks down crying because he thinks nobody is coming to the get-together.

7:45pm - G59 & VIO arrive at the mancave for the "real" start of the meeting. X tries to deny his abandonment feelings by saying he was really busy cleaning before anyone got there.

7:52pm - All in attendance describe a few of their "favorite things"

7:54pm - VIO reads notes from our previous meetings.

7:56pm - MT arrives with toys in tow.

8:00pm - The scouttrooper helmet is passed around and tried on as MT describes the trials he went through in order to acquire such an item.

8:07pm - MT's Blastech E-11 is passed around.

8:25pm - It is determined that some of the mods/people on tfn are too serious. (earwen was NOT included in that group)

8:28pm - MT shows off his storm trooper voice modulator.

8:29pm - "It's the click at the end that you pay for" - MT

8:34pm - X tries to teach all attendees "Bang!" the game.

8:39pm - It was determined that G59 was NOT at the Pre-thanksgiving Risk Game '07! Therefore minutes from that meeting are still forthcoming at this juncture.

9:22pm - BDZ and ovr30xrs ("o30") arrive with a flurry of an entrance.

9:49pm - Quick game of "Bang!" is completed.

9:50pm - "Let's play some RISK" - X

9:53pm - G59 had a stupid, idiotic thought of an idea.

10:03pm - Country Cards are passed out.

10:07pm - All armies are deployed.

10:13pm - It is determined by those in attendance that 10:13pm is a good time to order pizza.

10:16pm - PSA: Arby's Big Montana Sandwich requires a bowel movement before the completion of the meal.

10:18pm - X deploys 3 men to begin the game.

10:20pm - We had a chance to vote a new rule whose verbage included a "no need to move 3 after attacking with 3" clause. However, 10:20pm was deemed "too late." All present were seen sporting a sad emoticon on their faces.

10:22pm - X tells G59 to write "that" down. So I did.

10:23pm - First "one-eechy-wah" was uttered by X.

10:24pm - X is tempted to write out his trash talk.

10:27pm - VIO swindles everyone into having TL (who hadn't arrived yet) put his guys down and do NOTHING.

10:28pm - PIZZA TIMEOUT!

10:29pm - "If I had a pen like the pen in your pen-hand, I'd put another pen in it to make my pen the pen of all pens. My pen would be the most pen-est pen." -MT (<--what?!?)

10:48pm - A house rule was introduced that if a player rolls triple-6's three times in a row, he is therefore disqualified from the game. It was tabled by X, seconded by VIO and passed with a 3:2:2 vote.

10:51pm - A motion is tabled that BDZ is affiliated with the Dark Lord. There was no vote as the motion never received a second.

10:53pm - The Pre-Thanksgivivng RISK Game committee brought forward a proposal to rename the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, "Sausage Wednesday". All attendees were delighted by such an idea since we are sure to buy sausage pizza at this get-together. The name change was passed unanimously. We celebrated the name-change by throwing our first annual "Sausage-fest"

11:04pm - This note is to remind MT to get RISK II for his ancient pc.

11:07pm - Differing stories on the WOTL "incident" are brought to light.

11:08pm - "SBFF is better than porn." - X (referring to our old URL of slavei.com)

11:19pm - Another motion is brought forward at this time claiming BDZ is instead affiliated with the dark side. This motion passed with a 4:1:2 vote.

11:23pm - Pizza is delivered to the mancave. Vast amounts of regret pulsed over all members when it was realized we had not shown great hospitality by not inviting the female delivery driver to our first annual Sausage-fest.
