Idaho Minutes Meeting March 19, 2005

    Attendence: Kasey (Presiding), Ron, Eric (Reporting), Dan, Cody

    Meeting started 8:02 pm

    Kasey gave treasury report.

    Eric Proposed for By-law amendment to make VP "Election Commissioner" it was ratified 5-0.

    Celebration III Items were discussed.

    Wal-Mart DVD Event was planned. See Clone Wars thread for details.

    Discussed New Club Spoiler Policy. It was ratified 5-0.Please read its now the law.

    Discussed Edwards Episode III event. Cody and James were assigned to meet with Steve Wilson this week.

    Ron was appointed Auxillary PR Officer until June.

    New Elected posistion of "Creative Chairman" was created and approved 5-0. Dan was appointed in the interm until elections.

    It was determined that we should open a new bank account.

    Nominations for elections were taken for official offices. See the proper threads for deatils.

    Next meeting will be April 9th at the Great Wall resturant see the proper thread.

    Meeing ended 9:23 pm
