Meeting Started at 7:26pm

The By Laws for Election Procedure and Photos passed uniamiously, Voting rights were removed from the Lifetime Members.

Approved funding to by Business cards and Membership Forms.

New By-Law will be written for creation of budget.

We will form a Leadership Council Meeting starting in June.

We will hold a Mini Tournament at Hastings on Overland on March 24.

Welcome to Marc our newest official Member.

T Shirts will be ordered at the March Meeting.

New By-law for membership referrals.

I'm just curious what the vote tally was on this and since it effected me directly WHY I didn't get a chance to vote on this before I lost my voting rights...anyone? I may not be as directly envolved in the club anymore, but I still have a voice. If anyone could comment on this feel free to do so here as soon as possible. THX.

I was thinking on starting a "sister" chapter here in Austin to the NBO, but if I've lost my voting rights, there might not be much point. The boards indicate they have a fan force but i have yet to see any evidence of that...

Marc Austin has private boards or so I was told by PM. The vote was 5-3.
