Idaho Minutes of Meeting January 6, 2007

Meeting started at 7:10 pm

In Attendance: Eric, Kasey, Dan, Marcus, Josh, Joelynn, Amma, Ron

Everyone except Eric and Marcus paid dues for the year.

By-Laws were amended by a uniamious vote as follows:

Effective Immediately in March we will hold nominations for officers. At the April meeting we will campaign for offices and have a special election meeting. Officers take office in May.

Ron needs money for Celebration IV ASAP!!

Russell Nielsen was approved for Lifetime Membership in the New Boise Order by a 6-2 vote.

We will hold Movie Night after meetings starting in February.

Each member gets to choose a movie in the following months:

Eric in January (Flash Gordon)
Kasey in Feb. (Masters of the Universe)
Dan in March (TMNT 1&2)
Ron - April
Katy - June
Josh - July
Amma - August
Marcus - September
Joelynn - October

Book Club will hold first meeting Jan 13 at the Fairview/Cole Hastings at 7pm.

Appointed Joelynn Parade Committee Chairman.

Ask Borneo about food stand at Fandimonium.

Joelynn and Amma given One year memberships.

Enter Lanuage into By-Laws for Lifetime Membership.

Discuss Charity Options for March at Feb. Mtg.

Game night February 18 at Josh House (Poker).
