    Eric, Ron, Katy, Amma, Josh

    Items discussed:

    1. Read offical language of Historian and disbandment (items that were voted on eariler this year) for insertion into bylaws.

    2. Appointed Ron Co-Historian (he will do photos, Katy will do the written)

    3. Voted uniamoiously to pay $60.00 a year for ad free website.

    4. Agreed to watch "Howard the Duck" as a future club activity.

    5. Next Meeting is August 26th at Sandy Point. More details to come.

    Meeting closed at 7:00 pm
