Mod Status Changes

Among other mod changes for this week.

 

SithStarSlayer has been demoted owing to inactivity. No replacements for SWTV have been deemed necessary. PT is being covered until a replacement can be found.

 

In addition to her modding duties, Corellian_Outrider has been added to the Fan Force GSA (Admin) team.

 

Congrats! You'll be fab!

 

Bazinga'd has agreed to add PT to his moderating portfolio.

Lt.Cmdr.Thrawn has been made co-moderator of Saga.

 

Crap, it's been a while. Check MS Updates for changes I neglect to mention.

MOC Yak Face and Lt.Cmdr.Thrawn have added Saga and CT to their portfolios, respectively, owing to natural overlap.

The Hellhammer has been made a moderator in all three new films boards.

TaradosGon has been demoted due to inactivity. No replacements were deemed necessary as SWTV has several active moderators.

Havac has retired from moderating duties. No replacements were deemed necessary as Lit has several active moderators.

 

heels1785 has been added as co-moderator of Prequel Trilogy.

 

Is Jedi Ben a mod?is he actually allowed to close the Luke Skywalker SoS thread? To me this is ridiculous. This thread has been a major thread for many years.

BTW, congrats and your own promotion.

 

I consider this slightly better than heels being made mod, slightly worse than bazinga'd.

 

If you are looking for, or there is an application process, or lightsaber duel, for new mods for the forum, I would be more than happy to step up to the plate. I have not been on here long ... a few days to be exact, but I would love to get to know you all and gain enough time and trust to become a mod. I use to mod for an Underworld Fan site many moons ago when Vampires & Lycans were very popular ... Anyway, please keep me in your thoughts if you need an candidates! May the Force Be w/ You All !

 

There's no application process, I'm afraid. When we need new mods we pick candidates from the user base who we think will make good mods. Best way you can stand out is by being a good user who adheres to the rules (no bans of bad user notes such as for language) and who contributes in the forums you are interested in.
