Or a Falcon from the planet Millennium being the source of a certain ship's name? :D

Agreed. He's a non-hutt Jabba, basically. His massive size, lounging position, dog on a chain, and woman on his left, make that pretty clear. My guess is that he's the rumored "fat cat."

I still want me a hutt or two (or five) in this film, though I'll settle for great new aliens. I'm loving all of them, barring the blue-haired Dr. Seuss character.

Hutts live a while, I cant remember but im pretty sure most of the Hutts from TCW are still alive. There was an episode that had at least a small group of them in one room. One even had a mechanical eye/monicle and had kind of a squarish head. Lets see him. Really hoping the Leia/Hutt rumours are true. That would be interesting giving her probably hatred for them slimey worms after Jabba. Maybe some Hutts are decent beings but i doubt it lol.

It doesn't have anything to do with the ST, but if there's an Obi-Wan spinoff set after Episode III on Tatooine, I'd like to see a krayt dragon. Maybe Kenobi can pacify it or scare it off through the Force. If Tusken Raiders are afraid of the sound of a krayt dragon, then what sound are krayt dragons afraid of?

Please, I don't ever want to see a krayt dragon. Those bones are the single greatest visual effect in the entire saga. Those bones leave everything to my imagination. They make my mind race with imagination. What are those things? Are there more? Are they dangerous? And I want it all left in my imagination which is far better and more impactful than anything they could ever show me.

The Dragon Skeleton really was a great concept. In fact, I believe that shot is one of my earliest Star Wars memories.

Interestingly, it was a Disney prop - the dinosaur skeleton from One Of Our Dinosaurs Is Missing.

First image has a woman checking how her bum looks in her black bodysuit lol. In the bottom image in the art on the wall, the piece on the right looks like someone wearing a Pit Droid head as a helmet.

That top pic is the one MSW posted recently as a possible Maz concept.

I love the bottom one - goofy as Hell, in the best possible SW way. I could see him having a pint in the cantina.

The creature designs for this movie are really great! Every time they do one of these reveals, I have a new favourite. It's now the little furry fella with the goggles. He rocks!

Fat Bossk is great. Pegleg looks cool too and I like that funny robot out on Jakku. They all seem to have character so far, and while I'm sure there will be the odd appearance from old faves, I'm glad they're not just churning out Radians and Twileks etc.

It would be nice to see some familiar species though to make it seem more connected to the other movies

yeah I agree most of them look amazing and I applaud and appreciate all the hard work the VII crew put out to bring these monsters and creatures to life. When seeing them makes me feel like it would be fun to walk amongs them.:D

also interested to see the name of Salo Gardener who appeared in Episode IV.

Salo is lovely. I'm really happy he's back. How cool is that?

The robot was in one of the panel stills stood next to another creature iirc.

BB-8 was snagged by a surly little sand-dweller known as Teedo, who is riding atop what looks like a rhinoceros fused with metal boxes.
That beast of burden is known as a luggabeast, a never-before-seen creature from the universe.

    Yeah, and I don't think that every alien is a 'monster/creature' ?

When I think of monster/creature I think of Mynocks, Taun Tauns, Sarlaac etc
