Monsters Inc./ EP II rawked

Ok, I just got back and I loved the movie and the trailer!! But mostly the trailer of course!!! How did yall like it?

I loved Monsters, it was great. More importantly though, I thought the trailer was perfect for a teaser. Some people expect teasers to show everything. That would be a regular trailer...two weeks from now hopefully. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE TRAILER, STOP READING NOW. The way they showed just about everybody in such a short time was great. I would have rather had music...the Vader breathing thing was cool at the end of TPM, but it's been done now. It's like they copied themselves. It was neat how they timed the scene changes with the breathing though. I know the music will be great as always though.

Music would have been nice, but the breathing was a bit different. Sometimes people just need something a little different. The shots gave just the best little bits to make you want more. Ah well, I think I can wait 2 weeks. Plus Monsters Inc. was really funny and cute.

The movie was great, I was really suprised, and now for my review of the trailer SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
My one problem, it was about 15 seconds too short for my taste, I would have liked music as well, oops, thats two, oh well. Other than that it was great, very dark. Vaders breathing helped set that mood, but when you see it again, note the colors used and expressions. Almost all scenes were dark, or had a referance to war, also there were many expressions of concern. I am so stoked!

I can't wait to see it again!!

I kind of thought that Monsters was dull but I guess nothing can follow a Star War Teaser Trailer

I just wish it had been longer but other then that it was great. I wasn't sure what I'd think of just Vader breathing and no music but it just gave the trailer a real dark creepy feel.

"creepy feel" exactly. When I read that the teaser was very short and no sound other than Vader breathing, I didn't think I was going to like it. We are all very used to Lucas' style of film making now, and this teaser (with just breathing and the cinematography of most of the shots) did not look like the usual Lucas style. This gives me a very good feeling that we will be seeing a SW film like no other. I loved the teaser for the same reason...very unique and mysterious and off beat. I don't think I'm getting my hopes up. I know the majority of people will walk into AOTC with reservations after they were disappointed with TPM. Not me. I had no problems with TPM and I know it is just the prelude to AOTC.

AOTC is going to ROCK!!! Woo-Hoo!!!

Yeah...I just had to make a cameo in the Breathing Trailer. You can see me flying in the air and shooting a blaster.
See George gave me a call one day and I told him that I would express intrest in playing a character in Star Wars...everyone you passes on SW shall be shot. So I went to the set one day and they gave me the costume and small pieces of the script and I found out that I had a bigger role than imagined. You can look in my user details for a good picture of me on the set of Attack of the Clones

There was very little music...in fact if you turn up the volume you can hear some music growing plus the Breathing then there are a few drum beats as the Slave 1 fires in the Asteroid field and it goes on until the saber duel.

ok, I just noticed something that I'm sure evryone but me already knows, but here it goes: Anikin clearly has a green saber when he and Obi run in, but during the duel his saber is clearly blue. any thoughts?
ED. In fact it looks to me as if Anikin is weilding Obi's saber.
