O.C, CA Monthly Meeting for NOV will be Sun Nov 10th ** Meeting was Great!**

Just wanted to get this out there now. Our meeting this month will be Sunday Nov. 10th
The time and place will be announced next week.

Also something new and fun for us which will be taking place at each meeting. So here is the announcement.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting with our Nov. meeting we will be having a Star Wars trivia contest each meeting. the winner of the contest will receive a prize.

I'm hoping this will increase our membership and meeting attendance.

 

I'll have to start hitting the novels and rewatching all the movies

 

First off, I definitely want to go.... but the 9th is a saturday, perhaps you mean sunday the 10th of Nov???

Secondly, i have sw trivial pursuit, if we need it

And i am very excited about the trivia contest!

oh, crap. My mom's birthday is the 10th. well, if the meeting is before dinner, like in the afternoon sometime i should still be able to go. I'll just have to go to dinner with her and my family. so don't make it 5pm PLEASE!

My sister sent me a box of them, and these are extra copies I want to share with our group.... So come to the meeting, even if you have to hitch a ride with a bounty hunter or a hairy wookie (your other, better half?)

OK here are the details!

Location: Lampost Pizza off of Tustin ave. and Chapman in the city of Orange.(Its in the Rite-Aid Shopping center.
Time: 1:15pm-1:30pm meet there.

Ok everyone I hope you all can make it. Also since this is around lunch time. We will have a small pizza lunch while we are there. So everyone bring $3.00 for lunch. We won't each alot, just a little snack.

I plan on being there....just wondering....how will I know who you guys are? I will try to remember from the pictures, but does anyone wear their shirts or something to the meetings? Just a curious newbie here...

I usually wear some kind of Star Wars related shirt, though I haven't picked up an OCSWS shirt yet (I really should).

 

I will once again be wearing my OCSWS T-Shirt. I think its something every member should get.

 

i will also be wearing my OCFF shirt...if you cant find SRB or me...then you must really be lost! my sister renee cant attend as she has a previous engagement at a high tea...she sends her best regards to all.

 

I will be there with my t-shirt on as well, so you can just look for a bunch of us with the same shirt on with the Orange County logo on it. You can't miss us and we will be looking out for you. Maybe we should make up a small sign for our meetings? SRB?

I'm don't know my way around OC that well so I went online to look up a map for the meeting place. Ok, I didn't have a full street address so I looked up Lampost Pizza in Orange, CA. No listings. I looked up Lampost Pizza in CA and there are a bunch of them but none show up in Orange or on Tustin Ave. So....I looked up "Pizza" and Tustin and there are a billion of them, but no Lampost, and they all say Tustin St. not Ave. Can anyone please give me the full address so I can plug it into the search engine and print out a pretty map with directions. Thanks!
