And there's Rise of the Sith vol 1, which is most likely prequel stuff. I'm interested to see how they'll handle Legends CW comics in chronological order.

What I really want to see is a new series of novels come out. Standalone books are okay, but honestly they don't feel like they really go anywhere. I always preferred reading the series from the EU, like the Thrawn Trilogy, The New Jedi Order, The X-Wing series, etc... I hope they announce something like that soon.

 

Wonder if Rise of the Sith, vol 1 would be a good place to collect the Knight Errant/Jedi vs Sith era stuff, with Vol 2 containing the other closer to pre-Ep 1 material (Jedi: The Dark Side, Darth Maul, Prelude to Rebellion, etc)

 

A series of omnibuses that went Dawn of the Jedi, The Old Republic, Knight Errant, Jedi vs Sith, and then maybe TFU and/or Legacy vol. 2 would work nicely.

 

If it is PT era before the CW comics, I'm game. Also need some OT era and NR era comics. And the second half of TOTJ.

Well, can't be too careful, it is a minefield.

 

ROTJ is canon but the ewok scenes are EU. I thought everyone knew.

 

The PT, OT and CWAS share the two as a common core for both.

StoryGroup is trying to push a classical interpretation of canon, but we're in quantum canon territory now.

They said there would be no NEW Legends material. Of course there going to keep reprinting all of the existing Legends books/comics etc. They are way too popular and make too much money. Plus there is nothing stoping them from using characters and storylines from Legends in the new SW Universe so its probably a good idea to at least have some awareness out there.
