I know I started two other threads but I felt I needed to consolidate the 2 into 1 thread with all the information on the top post. Any questions please let me know...

The 1st Annual Mos Alba Fan Force Halloween Dinner & Costume Contest
(Costumes are optional but recommended )

This is a family and friend event, bring someone along!

The Dinner
When: Friday, October 31st 2003, 7pm

RSVP: Please let Varza know if you are coming and how many will be in your party. (this way I can call them ahead of time and let them know we are coming.)

The Costume Contest
Voting: starts at 7:30pm, ends at 8:30pm
Way it will go: every person at the dinner will fill out a ballot form with the names of their 2 top choices for best costume. Forms and ballot box will be provided.
And the winners are: Winners will be announced as soon as the counting is done. Winner need not be present to win-but recommended.

BTW, for those attending we will be going to visit Deb in the hospital after the dinner.

 

I'm bringing my Darth Maul carved pumpkin...don't know if I'll bring it in to the restaurant but maybe we can get some group photos around it or something...

thank you to all those that made it to the dinner. I had a wonderful time-and I loved seeing all in costume.

 

Man, last night was probably the most fun I've had in a while!!!

 

Sorry guys...I could not make it! I wore my armor to work (10 hr day) and by the time I got home....I had 2 rivits pop off....and part of the seam on my left thigh had come un-glued. By the time I had everything repaired to go out...it was past 9:30

Way to go Jess!! Now we just need LadyAnakinSkywalker to finish up her armor and apply to the 501st! Man I wish I had the cash to drop on some armor...

Man, okay so we need to do something where you can show up in armor-maybe dinner sometime.

I had so much fun everyone! And Next year we will do it again just not on Halloween-probably the friday before... the 29th.

However, since Halloween is on a Sunday next year, perhaps we could get together a little earlier in the evening/afternoon?
