And once again here is my follow up poll that I always have put together at the same time every year. Which movie are you most looking forward to in 2007? I have posted the tentative release dates of each movie next to the title, but of course they are subject to change. In case you were wondering where I got the dates, I got them off of www.imdb.com the quintessencial movie database online.

I picked Ultraviolet from writer/director Kurt Wimmer. After seeing his first film, Equilibrium for the first time last month, I'm really interested in seeing how well he does with his sophomore effort. By the way if you haven't seen Equilibrium, I highly recommend it, it is by far one of the most underrated/little known movies I have ever seen. Not to mention it stars pre-Batman Begins Christian Bale.

I'm also interested in seeing the new Bond flick Casino Royale, and the Quentin Tarentino, and Robert Rodriguez directed horror movie Grindhouse. Oh and one movie that looks really good thats not on the list is called Thank You For Smoking. Check out the trailer and you'll know what I mean.

Well, I can't wait to see how the new Superman turns out. I am kind of intrigued about it.

X-Men for me. I know what to expect out of Superman, sure it will be a good movie but I already know the boat sinks in the end (opps, wrong flick)

But X-men will be more entertaining (and that's why we all go, right?)

I don't know about X3, I read an early review of the film and it sounds like fox is rushing it too much in order to get it out before Superman. Not to mention that a lot of what happens in the movie is going to make a lot of fans of the X-Men comics upset, including myself. I really want it to be a good movie and I hope Ratner can somehow pull it off but given the script, and the time and budget restraints I fear it's going to be horrible.

Also I'm actually looking forward to Nacho Libre, a movie in which Jack Black plays a mexican preist who goes into masked wrestling in order to save an orphanage.

Jack Black rules. Almost anything he does is o.k. in my book.

Anybody hear anything about NIGHT WATCH (NOCHNOI DOZOR)? I just saw a preview on the apple website and it looks pretty cool....

It's a toss up for me between X3 and PotC2. Although I am curious about the new Superman. I'm just sad that NightCrawler isn't going to be in the new one, but from the looks of it (from the trailers) Kelsey Grammer as Hank/Beast should make up for it. I would have never thought of him for the role, but after seeing and hearing him in it, I think he's going to do a wonderful job of it. I also can't wait to see Keith Richards as Cap'n Jack's dad! That's going to be a riot!!!!

I'm the goofball that picked other. My reasoning is pretty simple though. There are just too many on that list for me to choose one over the others. I simply can't do it. I mean really, X-Men...Superman... another Pirates! I can't choose! I'm going to try to see them all three and some of the others as well.
