I know that's not a word, but bear with me... What moments from the Star Wars flicks do you often find yourself clicking the rewind button? I know this sounds like a variation on one of the many "favorite moments" threads, but I'm curious...

When Han pulls his blaster on Vader and opens fire is a notable one from me. There aren't many moments and cinema that match the badassness of that one. (Also not a word, I know)

Another one is when Obi-Wan jumps into the hangar on Utapau and just calmly says,"Hello there." Possibly my favorite non-action moment from the PT.

    You got some favorites?

For me, the whole back and forth bit between Tarkin and Leia. What's not to like, you have Tarkin being Faux Affably evil, Leia being feisty, I just love that scene.

I never get tired of any scenes with McGregor. He can fit so much into a line of dialogue or gesture ("Good Job!" remains a huge favourite). Also his lightsaber moves are so flashy my eyes can't keep up.

^Agreed, feisty Leia is hilarious. Actually I'll rewatch any bickering scenes in the OT (C3P0 and R2, Han and Leia, Han and Chewie...), they're all great.

Okay, I agree with everything all the previous posters have mentioned.

But I'll add the Death Star trench run because that remains as exciting to me now as it did in 1977.

The scene in Yoda's hut from TESB where he goes from crazy hermit Yoda to serious--even scary--Jedi Master is flat-out awesome. Everything, from Oz's vocal performance to Yoda's countenance, does a total 180. I don't know that a puppet had ever been used as a serious dramatic character before then, but from that moment forward you never once question that this is a living, breathing character right there alongside Luke.

The first look at Naboo with the Theed Palace and waterfalls. So lush.

The activation of the battle droids in TPM.
The gunship destroying a techno Union ship followed by Dooku and the separatists panicking in AOTC.
The 501st march on the jedi temple in ROTS.
The destruction of Alderaan and Tarkin's dialogue in ANH.
The reveal of the Executor the fleet and the Imperial March in ESB.
    The Emperor's arrival in ROTJ.
Also (not to be "that guy")... but Oola's wardrobe malfunction used to be quite popular for me back in the day :p

Order 66 sequence is tragically beautiful.

Battle of Yavin. As was already said, still holds up nicely.

    All of Mos Eisley.

    Asteroid field from Empire.
