I personally do not think that mothers should get their small children tattooed or have their ears pierced. Saw a little baby boy on the bus with a pierced ear the other day. Or with the other thing they do to little boys. My son got his septum pierced for his 18th birthday, then let it heal over a few years later. He waited till he was 18 'cause he didn't think I'd sign the consent form. Little did he know....
Something permanent(well, barring expensive laser removal) like a tatt should be decided by the individual when they're more mature. But a baby tatt? Not cool.
