    After the issue of the use of this forum, and its visibility (or lack thereof) in the Welcome category, I've just made a little re-shuffle so that we now have an entirely separate category for it.

    Also, nearly all major announcements on policy will be posted in here, so check here from time to time, and this will act as a reference area for major policy and changes.
