You had to pick a day when I wouldn't be in town.
I'm on to you, Michele...
I'm probably gonna go see 300 tonight if anyone is interested.
Oh dear god, don't even mention that movie to me. We've had I don't know HOW many people calling the CSC about it, asking if we're playing it. Okay, fine. But then some of them won't believe us when we say no, we're not.
I even had someone call and say, "Can you tell me what time 300 is playing? It's not?" And someone else asked to buy tickets for it.
I understand people want information, but it's just soooo frustrating to have to keep answering the same question over and over and over.
I'm gonna go to Pittsburgh Mills probably so we can see on it on the IMAX. I forgot to add that in my last post.
I can't make it on Saturday, since I'm going out with my sisters. But I'm up for Sunday, so unless Sean decides to go tonight, name the time and place
Jason only gets out of work at 8, but there's a 9:30 and a 10:10 at the Mills. Is that too late?
Quixie, there is no conspiracy against you, seriously. What, do I look like a deceptive, manipulative person or something?
A turn of events happened tonight in my personal life so now I won't be able to go to the movie on Sunday. So you guys have a great time and let me know how it was.
No, but since you weren't able to get me with that leg-throw, you've since turned to social jujitsu.
300 was very awesome! I would definitely go see it again if anyone is going.
Quix - watch it. The ankle is all healed now.
QFT about 300. I saw the midnight showing at Loew's Thursday night and saw a matinee on Friday. And I know you cannot wait to try again, my dear, but beware, for my kung fu is powerful.
I put ten bucks on Quix. He is stronger and .....Oh my here she comes. I am sorry for the short post but it seems as though
Only now, at the end, do you truly understand the power of the TRADMIC Side.
There is a new movie night at The Firehouse Lounge For 6 weeks starting on April 3rd they are hosting a trivia at 8pm and then they show a movie a week that starts at 9pm. www.firehouse-lounge.com for info
Whoa they are running every SW film! Movies and Mojitos!! Costuming! Trivia! Mojitos! Prizes!
THIS SHOULD BE AN OFFICIAL EVENT!
Dude, I am so there. That's right down the street from me - I can walk to and from.
More details to come soon.
Friday, March 23
Waterfront times: 8:30 or 9:45
Pgh. Mills times: 9:20 or 10:05
EDIT: Since there's a nasty landslide on 28, how about Waterfront 8:45? And still anyone want to do dinner first?
I can make the Waterfront show at 8:45, but no dinner first
Jason only gets out of work at 7 or so.
We can stop somewhere afterwards though if ya want!
So what was the verdict on TMNT? Is it worth seeing? Matinee?
I liked it. Choose a time concurrent with your personal liking and tolerance of young children.
Next up, I'd like to to see Mimzy. What secret does Mimzy have to tell us about the future?! I'm dying to know. I'll bet it has something to do with crustacean overlords.
No particular interest in Mimzy, but significant interest in ATHF...
I know I keep saying this, and then not being able to make it, but I saw on the main site that that April 17th is ROTS. I MIGHT be able to make it, since I don't work on Wednesdays, and I could just tell them at my volunteer gig that day I can't make it. (Because if I'm gonna be out late, I don't think I could drag myself out of bed early enough!)
I liked TMNT and it wasn't just Qui-Gon's cameo.
