    Posting this here because EU readers tend to be more interested in continuity generally.

    Does anyone have additions or corections for this list of George Lucas-created planets? (It's possible that Lucas named more of the species homeworlds, for instance.)

    Seen: Alderaan, Bespin, Coruscant, Dagobah, Endor, Geonosis, Hoth, Kamino, Kashyyyk, Naboo, Tatooine, Yavin 4

    Sullust was in the dialog of Return of the Jedi.

    I don't know if this counts as what you're looking for but in the Coruscant databank entry it said that two of the other names for Coruscant were Granicus and Had Abbadon. I hope this helps.
