    And I quote from the miscellaneous category of the force.net headlines:

    "If the Star Wars films do continue - as Lucas originally planned - most fans (53%) believe the director should hand over the job to someone else."

    I wholeheartedly agree. And you?

    EDIT: This should either stay in Misc. or go in one of these threads: George Lucas Should Direct Episode 3, George Lucas Should NOT Direct Episode 3!!

    I gotta say, as horrible of a director as he is, handing the series to anyone else would be a huge mistake. It would be like Happy Days without the Fonz.

    Unless, GL was still involved, just not directing like in ESB.

    But if I get ANY wish, I wish that after ep3 is completed, there will be no more SW movies.

    I think GL is a wonderful director. ANH, TPM, and AOTC blew me away.
