FF:NZ Movies . . .

oh, just got home from seeing 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford' DVD.

Apart from possibly the longest movie title ever, it's also a bit of a long movie... 153mins or so.

Bit slow in places, but stunning performace by Casey Afleck as Ford. Pitt; great as ever.

Although missing the last several mins before the actual climax... *cough* and I meant climax of the MOVIE it was a great flick and I'm sure to get the DVD myself. Prob watch the ending before I have to return the DVD anyway...

But Afleck... awesome. Definately makes me wanna see "Gone Baby Gone" now, as he got mad reviews for that film!

 

Saw "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" on the weekend, is it out in NZ yet?

Pretty funny movie, a bit of full frontal male nudity to keep it intersting too

Oh, I meants "trailor for D.K" but all good, that looks funny as! Are there any more funny bits in it, or did the trailor suck them all out?

Knocked Up did that, almost all the funny parts were like, in the first 3 min montage lol

 

Na it is actually funny throughout which is a change.

Has full on male nudity from the main dude and some funny as sex scenes with this ginger couple

Finally got round to seeing Iron Man last night.

Was pretty decent, although seemed to trail off in direction once he had made the suit I thought.

Anyone seen the alternate ending to I Am Legend yet? Have heard some say it's brilliant, and others that think it's turd.

 

What? Just the alt ending, or that the entire movie is awesome or ****?

 

Haven't seen the alt ending. I quite liked the movie althoug thought it lost its wasy in the final third, so maybe this alt ending will be good.

 

Hancock(?) looks a half pie decent movie, I wont see it at films I doubt but DVD rental. Anyone seen it? Is it crap or ok?

Yeah out here this Friday I think, does look good, but so does the weather so good motivastion to stay out of the theatre

 

Only seen the trailer so far, but looks like it should be pretty good for a laugh. Mind you I've been a Will Smith fan since Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Went to see "Before the Devil knows your dead" in the weekend wif' me missus.

Good flick. Keeps you guessing until about 5 minutes towards the end.

BTW: Opening scene is gonna wake you up....... (not appropriate if your are on a first date)
