I'm not denying that Unagi is a concept, since I haven't heard of that usage before, but Unagi is actually a Sushi. Unagi (as indicated earlier) is Eel. It's very good, too. It's typically prepared cooked on a rice ball, covered in black bean sauce.

Rachel: (To Phoebe) Ooh! Y'know what? If we made reservations, we could have unagi in about a half-hour.

Apparently Hong Kong has an annual celebration in honor of the birthday of Confucious, but the internet can't seem to agree on what the actual date is...I read it was today, tomorrow, the 28th, etc. so I'm gonna post this today...

Anyways the annual event is to commemorate one of China's most famous philosophers whose "Five Virtues" teaching are greatly adhered to by Chinese the world over. Or so the article said.
