    MS is currently discussing the possibility of refining the policy of doubling ban lengths

    MS is preparing for the move.

    Could this be elaborated upon? Is the MS considering doing away with the policy altogether or for minor infractions such as not starring out a word or something.

    It's more a discussion to make sure everyone is on the same page, not so much changing the policy.
