San Diego, CA MultiClub Summer BBQ Saturday August 25th 10 AM

Sounds like we have plenty of ice chests coming so I won't be bringing mine. Then I won't have to worry about carrying it in my car and it possibly messing up my costume for the event I'm planning on going to later that evening.

I have too much stuff in my trunk, so my big cooler has to go in the back seat.

I'll see about bringing a table, and definitely some extra chairs. Though those will be leaving with me when I go, which will probably be earlier than some folks will be leaving.

 

Will someone with a larger car/truck than mine be willing to take my EZ-Up? It takes up my entire trunk and backseat, so I'd only be able to drive one person instead of several.

 

Paul and I will be taking two cars, I will have room if you can meet up with me so I can get it before then...

Go ahead and put us down for fruits and veggie plates of some variety. Unless something happens between now and then we're planning on going. We won't be early morning arrivals though.

I figure the earliest arrivals are going to be those who live closest.

 

Just remember: we need sports stuff! Footballs, water guns, frizbees... stuff to keep up entertained.

I officially cannot come to the BBQ because I am scheduled to work on that Saturday.

I made a post on the OCSWS and Sunrider boards about this. I will have someone make an announcement about this at our Fan Force meeting tomorrow, as well.

Since I am coming in the Van it already has 4 chairs and a table in it at all times I will bring a stack extra chairs(white Plastic type) and the portable bench/table and they will be there till the end since we will be there till then.
