Sorry Poods, I'm just not long back into it meself. Shadowcat, Nightcrawler and Colossus were both back in it, but Nightcrawler has left to become a priest, Colossus is dead and Shadowcat has gone to college and wants all memory of her removed from Cerebro. At least Cyclops is back though after he was presumed dead. Bishop is too. Yay. And Iceman.

Mark, I generally probably buy one CD a week. I wish and wish and wish that I could buy as many as Arun and Gav but I am a REAL skint student, unlike Gav, who is obviously a fraud. :) There are SO MANY albums I want to buy at ther moment. So what artists have you heard of then Mark? None of the ones that we've talked about here?!

I normally buy an album every fortnight although at the moment its once a week since there are so many CDs I want. I got the Muse record last weekend and I'm hoping to pickup either Moloko or JJ72 this weekend.

I went to see it by myself too. I loved it.

Well, my Britannia order finally arrived. Bad thing was that the Black Box Recorder CD doesn't work :( but the good thing is they only charged me £6.80 for the whole thing :) when the £6.80 should be just for the postage and packing. I'll send them just the £6.80 anyway, they'll let me know if it's wrong.

The only one of the album's I've really listened to so far is the PJ Harvey album. I love it! The track featuring Thom Yorke is awesome, as is You Said Something. It's an album that I'd definitely reccomend.

Bash Kamikaze is by far the best song on the album. The Whores Hustle and the Hustles Whore is also good, as is Good Fortune

Yeah, I like those three a lot, Andy. The only ones I'm not too keen on at the moment are One Line and Beautiful Feeling. I'm sure they'll grow on me, though.

Can't think of One Line off the top of my head, but Beautiful Feeling is a grower

One Line is another quiet one that starts off "Do you remember the first kiss"

This thread gets taken over by Gav, Bash and occasionally Arun talking about bands and albums I've never heard of regularly, Turr...I shouldn't worry!

Heh heh! That's okay...as long as you let us all know:

    A) Who the hell are Turin Brakes??
    B) What genre of music do they get categorised under?

Turin Brakes - Gale and Olly (don't know their last names, and Gale is a guy in case you get confused). Sort of folkish/soft rock. But I like them :)
