I've never known cnn.com to go wild with made-up stories on April fools day. This statement, supposedly by Lucas, doesn't really sound like him...

"I mean, beyond Indiana Jones, most of my other movies have really sucked. Look at Radioland Murders. Howard the Duck. I can't afford more flops. Star Wars is a sure thing."

I may be getting sucked in...what does everyone else think? This would rock if its true.

the Ray Park website mailed out an April Fool's Day note on their newsletter claiming Maul was back officially! "Go to this link for more info".. and it took you to a "happy april fool's day" page.. LOL..

What's even worse is the fact that Dark Horizons (http://www.darkhorizons.com) is reporting it as news. I e-mailed the webmaster (whom I have dialogued with before... nice fellow) to let him know, as his site is one of the more reputable ones out there.

I wondered how many sites would do stuff like that on accident - people get to moving so quick to post new news to be the first and they forget to look at the punchline...
