My avatar isn't appearing

I was looking at some of the discussions threads and my avatar next to my name is not appearing? But when I click on my name and go onto my account it does appear. Can someone help me out? Is it just my grandmothers computer?

 

Probably. I can see it just fine.

 

Icon looks fine to me as well. It could just be a slow computer or broadband. I've had that in the past with avatars.

 

Weird. My grandmothers computer is acting a bit slow. So that is a possibility. I still can't see it.

 

Can you see other people's avatars OK?
Does your grandmother run ad-blocking software? If so is it possible that you could have accidentally blocked the image?

 

I'm on my computer now and I can see it, so never mind it.

 

Sounds like it might be something with your grandmother's PC then. Since it's working now I'm going to lock this thread.
