    He looks like a fool and a drunk. Probably lives in a cantina. Might get shot by some random guy cause he looks like he needs to die. May be a little depressed due to what he drinks.

    He looks like he's got a Jedi tunic on...perhaps Sifo-Dyas? Maybe the guy faked his own death....I have a feeling Sifo is gonna be important in this episode.
