And here is my movie idea, It's a work in progress and is now 5 films long, and I would really like any and everyone's input on this.

Details:
All combatants wear masks while fighting
The populace has swords with Cortosis embeded in them (Knights of the Old Republic) so they can stand up to some light saber battles
Film will not be PG or PG-13, no swearing or nudity (well maybe some scantily clad ladies) but a good dose of BraveHeart-esq violence.

- Basic Plot -
Evil corporation creates a war between two people, the Bacci and the Talin. Jedi fight on both sides, each thinking the other is the bad jedi. By accident they fall in love. Together they discover the Evil corporation's plans and they along with the then united groups wage war against the corp.

In the time after the collapse of the Empire, the New Republic strived to reunite the galazy. Many worlds joined, some didn't, others were lost in the beaurocratic machine. One of these lost planets is named Aptilla. Home to two people's wjp
s old rivalry's have found purchase in a new conflict. A young Jedi, named Jetal Etas, has come to Aptilla in hopes of opening up this world to the New Republic. He is unaware of the conflict in progress, but already war hungry eyes are gazing at him.


For my film I need a few things to happen that haven't been in any fan films to date...and maybe for good reason, but I need them anyway.

I need at least 4 huge melee sequences, ala Braveheart. Everyone needs swords, and there will be two jedi.
The swords will have cortosis in them. So the lightsabers that they come in contact with have to short out and be turned on again, this presents a FX issue as well as a choreography issue. Both I'm working on, but could always use and would greatly appreciate and input from you lads/lassie's here.
I'm gonna need costumes for:
2x Jedi (male and female)
30x soldier side A (# sugject to change)
30x soldier side B (# sugject to change)
30x Troop Evil Corp (# sugject to change)
yea, so thats not so bad right? take like 20 minutes

FX shots:
I need
1) a ship flying through space
2) entering the atmosphere
3) getting shot down by a missle
4) crashing
5) Jedi emerging from wreckage
I'll also need some stunt men to get blown up (volunteers?)
Obviously I'll need lightsabers, but I'll also need blaster bolts, shields for vehicles and personel as well as some wire work (if possible) for force bits
Also there will be some saber fights in the rain and if I'm lucky, the snow (snow falling) =)

Oh yea, this isn't just one film, it's 5 now, a mini series =)

I do have a budget, so I wouldn't be asking for everyone to work for free....but I can't pay you a whole lot either.

Right now all I'm looking for is some people to shoot idea's at and get a final script and equipment list with. Very VEry prelim right now, but I wanted to give an idea as to where I'm headed with this.

the Evil Corp is found to be .... EVIL
the warring groups unite
and the evil corp tries to "subdue" the populace
There will be betrayal, sex, blood, lies, explosions, dismemberment, screaming, swearing
So we need bad guys who are really bad....I'll get back to you about this evil guy as I get a better idea of the plot, do you have a Xbox live gamer tag? or AIM?

I'm still writing up the events that are to go on in the two movies, but they are coming along. My computer lost almost half of it but I'm getting it all back.

Basicly he's going to be the direct nemisis to the jedi and such, Ghant is the head bad guy but not to much of a fighty fight fight guy.

I'm debating as to whether Klax should be a Dark Jedi or not.....thoughts?
