Nah, bro, 4chan outgrew me.
"Us"? I take it you speak for the Brony hive mind.
I like mocking them as well!!!!
How does "us" imply "hive mind"? I just meant to state that I am a "brony" and I have friends who are "bronies", and I speak on behalf of us when I say we aren't creepy. We just find a TV show entertaining.
Good for you. Hope you enjoy being judgemental of those who enjoy something you don't like! My point still remains though, people who haunt a forum about a children's film franchise and treat it as serious business can't really treat fans of a children's TV show as some form of creepy weirdo.
What are you implying? That some nutballs on the internet are to be seen as every single person who enjoys a TV show? I've seen a photo of a Star Wars fan who tattooed themselves with the cast of The Clone Wars in the nude, I guess everyone here has nude teenage aliens on their arms because of this random nutter?
lol @ the no true scotsman
I hadn't yet heard of My Little Pony until I read this thread.............will have to check it out sometime tomorrow.
[hl=purple]Los Angeles Lakers: Drama, guaranteed. [/hl]
Honestly, My little Pony is something probably best left to my fondness of it as a child.
Sometimes you revisit things you loved then,, and then think wtf was I thinking?
My daughter got into this but I managed to migrate her over to Strawberry Shortcake.
I'm thinking of starting a Pound Puppies anti-MLP club. Anybody want in?
It's on right after MLP, I know because my 16 year old brother is a brony.
EDIT: One positive part of Bronies: They constantly troll a podcasting Texan named Ghost and his show True Capitalist Radio.
It's really fun to hear him get pissed off at them.
Anti-bronies are just as obnoxious. You're all the cancer, as far as I'm concerned. You are the cancer and I am the... um... what cures cancer?
I love this show! The puns are so so awesome, especially if one knows all the horse terms.
She downgraded then.
I love this show too. The puns are, indeed, fantastic.
Also, seriously? Somebody posted "haters gonna hate" but not "ponies gonna pwn"?
EDIT: How do images work when I preview them but not when I post them?
Fixed - you seem to have misspelled "mane" as "main" in the original post.
Also, you somehow missed the fact that Twilight Sparkle is the best.
Savor the board's quirks while they last.
As someone who is still haunted by the fading memories of a nightmare as a child featuring My Little Ponies (they being the source of this being a nightmare. Them and the orange monkey) I find this sudden pony culture insensitive.
I find it terrifying and fascinating. When the aliens come to learn about our long dead civilization, they will be perplexed, to say the least.
I find catharsis for such concerns, like a great many things, can be found in Dexter's Lab.
Which was created by Gennedy Tartatovsky, who was animation director on Powerpuff Girls. Powerpuff Girls was created by Craig McCracken, who is married to Lauren Faust. Lauren Faust worked on Powerpuff Girls too, and is also the creator of:
I know the game is supposed to be make the link in seven degrees rather than just the three, but meh.
The marriage is the weak link in that chain.
Also, you need Kevin Bacon.
On a tangential note, I don't think even bacon could make this show better.
I'm more partial to Fluttershy. And Rarity is making her way up my favorites list.
And as much as I hated this guy, he's spawned some great videos.
Hated Discord? OMG. Firstly, he's voice by Q. And even does the snapping fingers and flash thing that Q does to teleport. Secondly, he gives us the evil versions of the mane cast. Nasty Fluttershy might be the greatest thing ever on children's television.
