    another problem people make is with their fake ears

    [image=http://pyropaws.cyberdogtech.com/cons/2003OTAKON/img43.jpg]

    they just stick straight out and they kinda look discolored

    Nah. I make a lot of stuff, but I won't touch boots, either. Next year when I do a hardcore pirate for Renfest, I'm gonna actually buy some neat-o floppy pirate boots.

    And then I'll get me some bootie.

    Yar. Ar ar ar.

    another problem i always see is, people always make there swords way too long

    long swords look cool, but i can guarantee they have trouble getting them into shieves on there backs. thats why it looks strange when link takes out the big goron sword. its physically impossible for him to take it out of his shieve. his arms are to short

    This is terrible of me to say, but there is a girl who I've seen in the pictures of a few Cons, and I met her at Dragon Con last year, and though she is a nice person, I just don't like her. Can't explain why.

    She did a fairly good job on the costumes I see in the ComiCon photos there. So yeah. I'll go stew in my petty juices a while longer.

    im wondering if i should make my belts, or buy them

    it would be nice to buy them cause' it would be easier and they would look more proffessional, but they also need to be longer and theres 2 parts to the belt that goes across the chest

    the problem with making them is, its hard to do the metal compotent

    i could always take 2 belts with good metal thins and than take the metal things out...

    and the belt that goes around my waist is supposed to be really long

    it ties around itself after the metal thing
