Yeah, lets just ignore any spamming or anything like that, that has happened lately and get back on topic in all the threads. Okiday?

Update: My uncle toar my room on the Vineyard apart but still couldn't find my Ring. My dear Precious has eluded me. But I have no doubt that it will show up.

Oh and my grandparents got back from a 5 month vacation to Flordia. I relized that the One Ring era in my life was only within that little span of time. It may have been a short time but I can still feel it missing. Weird but true.

I am going to give up my search now, though. The Ring will come back to me.

If it likes you, it will.

Speaking of rings, I recently bought three that struck me as looking like what I would have thaough the Elven rings would have looked like...

I now wear Nenya, My cousin has Narya and my friend has Vilya. ;)

I need not wear my ring, lest it tempt me to doing something rather unwise. (Ex: Killing off large populations that irritate me)

If the ring is gone forever, is there any point left to this thread?

If it makes you feel better, you can remiss into denial and pretend you still have it. That would lead to pyschological issues (you would need therapy) later in life.

Most threads that loose their topic usually evolve into something else. but this one is probably gonna die soon.

The Ring will only come back to you if it wants to do so. But it will more likely find a new Bearer to aid its purposes, for a time.

You know... the Prudential and Hancock Towers in our banner could easily be Barad-dur and Minas-Tirith.

Can I chase gandalf into the big dig or something?

    *balrog!*

That would be more difficult to find that in new zealand... or middle earth... (Which actually exists-- tolkien didnt die he went there, cause it was better than here!)

Middle-earth exists. It's just that it was 12,000 years in the past...

Ah, even if it didn't exist in our world, it would still exist.

//firm believer in the multiverse theory and that every story creates a new universe.

    Baseless.

Now, interpolation of the universe + black hole galaxy\universe creation, thats different entirely...

It's only scientifically baseless. Without a little belief, how can this universe itself be said to exist?

Exactly. If no one belived our universe exists, would it really exist? I suppose its weird to think about. But I like to think that the GFFA does exist, if not in an actual other galaxy in this universe, then in the minds of Star Wars fans all around the world. It is no less real that way. I can vividly picture Naboo or Tattooine just as well as I can picture Venus and Mars.
