Char, NC My resignation, announcement of a new CR

    Due to some real life issues--we're moving into a house, and I'm getting ready to go back to school and will be there for a few years--a few issues with this site itself, and also, simply because EagleIFilms helped found the chapter when he was 16 and therefore deserves to run it now that he's old enough--I'm stepping down as Charlotte's City Rep. I still plan to work with this FanForce as much as I can, but without the title.

    EagleI's name should be in blue later on today. He's been very active in the chapter and will do a good job with this. :)
