Who are the city reps at the moment, and who would be most likely to get the promotion?

 

I'm the WA city rep but I wouldn't have time to be RSA. A year ago maybe but these days it's enough for me to keep up with what's going on here and in the WA forum. I think it would be more likely to be someone who's not already a city rep. Besides, after what Sil's put up with, I don't know that there'd be too many volunteers right now.
