For those that didnt know, my shoulder has been bothering me... I know what is wrong with my shoulder finally!!! The muscles and tendons that make up the "Rotator Cuff" are really loose (they are loose in both shoulders but only this bad in my right one) So loose in fact that the doctor put one hand on my shoulder and the other on my right arm and gently pulled. The result was him pulling it almost out of socket. It didnt hurt cuz it wasnt pulled all the way out but he said that is not normal and that is why i have limited range of motion in this shoulder. (The damage is the same that happens when you dislocate you shoulder to give you and idea) However there are something things that can be done about it. First off i am going to be hooking up with a sports medicine physical therapist from DUKE!!! to strengthen the muscles in my shoulder. And if that doesnt fix it, they will perform surgery (the surgery they do to fix dislocated shoulders...) it will fix it but i will have decreased R.O.M. BUT i will have more strength and R.O.M. then i have now so prayfully all i need is just the P.T.
