Hey! I have a song-fic ready, but not enough time on the computer. I'm really sorry, and i'll have one by tomorrow. Sorry! Let's just say the first ne is entiltled:Be My Hero Baby. Can you guess the pairing?

Jag Fel sat back in his chair and sighed. Five torturous hours of work lay on his desk, and only a page had been produced. But a page that bears my heart. He chuckled. No one could see that paper. The knowledge of him writing love songs would be his downfall, and make rumors fly.

He could just imagine Durron snickering, saying some smart comment on how he's turned soft. He shudderd.

Sighing again, he reached a grabbed the flimsiplast. The words sounded right, but he just had to get the right tune in.

After several attempts at humming tunes, he found one that fit just right. Now that I have that done, I only hope my voice doesn't ruin it all.

Checking warily that his door was sealed, he began.

"Would you dance
If I asked you to dance?

Would you cry

and would you save my soul tonight?"

His voice was strong and unwavering, well trained and disciplined. As he sang, an image flashed before his eyes. Brandy brown eyes smiled at him, and her beautiful face made Jag sing stronger. This song was his heart. All of the questions that needed answering lie in these stanzas. He closed his eyes, longing filling his being when he sang the next part.

"Would you tremble
If I kissed your lips?
Would you laugh?
Oh please tell me this
Now would you die
For the one you loved?
Hold me in your arms tonight."

Now he was standing, his eyes closed. all of his heart was being poured out, and he didn't care.

"I can be your hero baby!
I can kiss away the pain.

You can take my breath away."

His mind was flashed back to her sad eyes. His heart greived, every beat thundering with pain.

"Oh, I just want to hold you
I just want to hold you
Am i in to deep?
Have I lost my mind?
I don't care...
You're here tonight."

While Jag was singing, Jaina Solo stood entranced, watching her fellow pilot sing his freakin guts out. She smiled. this song was meant for her. Her heart soared, bringing tears to her eyes. She breathed deeply, soothed by Jag's voice.

"I can be your hero baby!
I can kiss away the pain."

By now the song had reached it's crecendo, and Jag was oblivios to the prescence in his state-room.

"I will stand by you forever
You can take my breath away."

The song ended, and Jag turned to see a very awe struck Jaina Solo. He jumped immediatley.

"What are doing? Th-this is my room!" No matter how angry he was, his embarrasment was ten-fold.

"I-I know. I w-was just comming to ask you something, but..." Jaina stammered. Had The Jagged Fel just sung?

Her expression was tender. "Jag, that was...Wow! I didn't know you could sing!"

"It's not encouraged by the Chiss." He muttered. Great! Now she would laugh in his face and tell him that he was irrational.

"I caught that," Jaina said quietly. Slowly, almost tentativly, she made her way toward the disheveld pilot-in-love.

Jag looked startled, but didn't have time to object because something warm pressed ligtly on his lips. He realized she was kissing him, and excepted the gift happily.

Jaina pulled away, and whispered breathlessly, "Be my hero baby"

Voila! I'm done! Okay, it's my first fanfic ever so sorry if it's lame. I tryed! So...What did ya think?

Mara Jade Skywalker looked into the story gray eyes of her baby boy. All of her future lay right in her arms. Ben gurgled and cooed.

She smiled. I will protect you darling She once thought that being a mother was going to be easy. She was had been naive.

Flash!

A speeder zoomed by, a disheveld looking teenager whooped in delight as he spun it around. It was obvious the boy has Jedi powers, and he was very skilled as he manuevered. Taking the speeder into and loop-de-loop, Mara caught a glimpse of cloudy eyes.

"Ben?"

Flash!

Once again Mara was back in her apartment. The newborn squirmed in her arms, feeling her unrest.

"Shh," She whispered, calming his fusses. He looked so young, so innocent. Tears filled her eyes.

Fear gripped her heart. What if she wouldn't make it? What if she wouldn't be able to see her baby grow up? Would she raise him right? Though her disease had been cured, she felt afraid of the future and that she might not always be there for Ben.

Will I take tender care of you?

Will I be there to make you strong and to Lean on?
When this world has turned so cold,

Walking to her viewport, she saw the familiar lights of highperspace.

Sighing, she stared at the luminescent lights, and let her mind wander.

Ben rubbed his eyes, and she rocked him slowly.

Bun snuggled against his mother, and she felt peace flood her. She would be there for him.

With Ben fast asleep in her arms, she walked awayfrom the viewport and into the nursery. Settling him in his crib, she smiled. Oh what a future! Kissing her baby's head Mara whisperd, "I promise."

It is interesting, even if I do not like Jag. But they're too short for my liking. Too much song text and not too much story. It's almost as if the song lyrics are supposed to tell the story, while they're suppose to serve as backing up the story.

Not to be rude, just trying to help you.

Anakin Solo smiled and rubbed his hands in nervous anticipation. After ariving on the Errant Venture he had raced down to see his aunt and his new baby cousin.

He remembered looking into Ben's eyes and he couldn't help but wonder what his future kids would be like. Well those thoughts led to ones of his emeral eyed friend. That was why he was nowin his stateroom, pacing restlessly.

He had to talk to her. After that episode in the locker, he couldn't stop touching his lips, hers but a whisper remaining.

I won't let another minute go to waste...

I can't take this anymore! He whisked out of his stateroom, and smashed into someone.

Green eyes frozen wide with nervousness stared up at him.

He helped his friend up, blushing.

"Sorry." His face felt as hot as the fire side of the planet Ryloth. "I-uh-I" Gees Anakin! She's your best friend!

Tahiri shook her head, her golden locks flying. "It was my fault"

"Tahri" He said, just as she said, "Anakin".

They laughed nervously.

"Look Tahiri, um can we talk?" His voice was a strained whisper, and his heart was caught in his throat. He was sure he was going to choke.

Their eyes met, and Anakin felt Tahiri's apprehension.

"Please?"

She nodded, looking as nerve-wracked as he felt.

He lead her into his stateroom, swallowing the lump in his throat.

She sat tentativley on his rolerchair, looking around his mess of a room.

"Tahiri, um, I guess I just wanted you to know exaclty why I kissed you."

She jerked her eyes to meet his warm saphires. "I know why."

He shook his unruly haired head. "No you don't."

He studied her a meter away and caught site of the tears welling up in her eyes. "You just did it to comfort me. I was acting like a baby."

"Wrong." Struggling, Anakin took a deep breath, "I-I love you Tahiri!"

His voice cracked. Anakin looked away, not wanting to see her eyes. "I had been wanting to kiss you for a long time."

Suddenly, her arms wrapped aroung him and squeezed.

He grinned that lopsided grin of his, and hugged her back, breathing in her scent.

"I want you Anakin," she murmered.

He stroked her hair, "I want you too."

Out of all of the girls in his "fan club" ,as Jacen put it, Tahiri was the only one he talked too. The only one who understood him, even when he didn't understand himself. She was the one he loved.

"She looked up. "Yeah?"

Her green eyes misted over and tears spilled over onto her cheeks.

He leaned down and kissed her velvet lips. So soft...
