Well, we finally finished up the Star Wars/spare bedroom/kids room. I just got done putting up the shelves and displays.

Excellent job Manny! In times where we see so many Star Wars rooms filled with 1995-Present items, it's fun to see vintage collections like yours.

Good luck (and hope you win the lottery) on picking up your last 9 loose figures!

It wasn't until last year that I realized I was missing one myself (Stormtrooper Luke) but it was great to finally get him into the collection. All the rest of mine were original childhood toys / gifts.

I'd love to learn more about vintage collecting. It's an area that I tread lightly due to fakes, scams and otherwise high-priced items. Maybe you'd be interested in participating in a round-table discussion on Star Wars Collecting.

I hope to get some pics up soon of my work-in-progress Star Wars studio.

You have to create a webshots.com account for yourself - FREE. So I gave them a bogus spam email account. They don't even verify that the account is real. You set the username/password right there ... and then I searched for "topduarte2" in the member directory.
