I have some Star Wars and other movie fan art that I've done on my site. Three are in TFN's fan art museum.

(edit... that didnt work i guess... so i guess i cant link after all /edit)

those are really realistic and resemble the characters very well... my only complaint is that the proportions/angles look a little weird for some of pics.... but i'm sure this is just practice and you'll improve in time :)
(theres no chance i'd do better and no chance i'd be able to do what you've already done anyway ;))

    Thanks everyone. :)

I'm currently working on an acrylic painting of the Episode 3 duel (I don't think that's a spoiler lol..) and pencil sketches of the "new bad guy" and Vader's profile as seen on the OT DVD box.

Haha! An animé Gollum?? Hmmm...now that would be interesting! [face_laugh]

Keep in mind, some of the scans aren't the best. With the "Red Dragon" one, I originally made his back too wide, so I went back and corrected it, but the scan that's on there turned out better than the one of the correct version so that's why it doesn't look 100%. The Vader unmasked one, I personally think his eyes look a bit too lively to belong to someone just seconds from their death lol!

Excellent work, DarthShona. :)The pencil shading creates a great sense of texture and accentuates the features. I especially liked the Acklay in particular. May I add the amount of detail was right on. Keep it up! =D=

Thanks. :) Last night I sent it to the Fan Art Museum at TFN so it may be in there in about a week.

That acklay took almost nine months to do! I kept adding more to it and getting frustrated with it so much! I'm about to start my drawing of the OT DVD box Vader.

I submitted the last one to the fan art museum a couple of days ago, so it should appear in there shortly. I'm also about half way done with the Vader one and it is looking absolutely fantastic, if I do say so myself!

I know it wasn't the point but your Legolas is the cutiest little guy I've ever seen! I love those cute little people versions of characters, always makes them so much cuter, good or evil! I think I saw a cute little Darth Maul like that, so cute!

Grievous is now in the Fan Art Museum!

I've also completed my Episode 3 duel rendering and it's on my site. However, I have a dilemma with it--see, when I scanned it it first went to "black and white photograph" by default and I thought it looked so cool and really had a dramatic, dark effect. But the bad thing about that is, you couldn't see all my tedious colors! So I'm not sure which one to send to the Museum. Take a look and let me know what you think.

And don't laugh at the faces! I suck at drawing them, much less painting them! :p

Even though the painting didn't come out EXACTLY like I'd hoped, I'm still happy with it. If I was an art teacher, I might give it a B.

very nice.... dont forget to put a ***SPOILER WARNING*** next time ;)
    looks great to me though.

edit: format it like i did or black hightlight behind it so that its clear that it is a spoiler... 'cause i just checked the picture first and then read. looks like you mentioned that it was E3 in your text, but some ppl, like me, might have missed that...

    Thanks. :)

I started to post a "spoiler warning" on my last post, but I don't think that particular scene is a spoiler to anyone anymore. The setting wasn't based on any kind of spy report; just my own personal guess. :)

BTW, My last drawing is now in a headline at TFN!

    http://www.theforce.net/episode3/index.shtml#24041

BTW, it is of an Ep3 character! :p
