Naboo

can anyone anwser what ever happened 2 naboo and y we never hear of it in the classic movies??

 

nothing happened to Naboo, it was however a host to a Clone Wars battle. Lucas simply never wrote it in with the OT script.

 

It's at the end of ROTJ.

 

It is simply a planet in a galaxy filled with them. Much of the prequel stories revolve around it because of the character of Padme. Padme is dead in the original trilogy, and so there is no reason to visit the world.

As Ousley mentioned, it is in Return of the Jedi.

As of half-way through EpIV the senate no longer exists, so Palpatine's connection to Naboo is also rendered pretty trivial. No real reason exists to have Naboo in the classic films.

Except ofcourse, the gradually built up galactic celebration montage in ROTJ which takes us throught the main worlds from all 6 movies.

 

I'm going to argue that Palpatine's connection to Naboo ended in Menace, when he moved from Senator to Chancellor. Though, it doesn't make much difference.
The point is that there is no reason for Naboo in these films (except at the end of ROTJ.)

Tatooine, Bespin, Naboo, and Coruscant.

 

There is Bespin, Tatooine, Naboo, Coruscant and of course Endor.
I believe that is it.
It is really spectacular in my opinion. Sometimes I put the ROTJ DVD in--just to see these scenes.
