    A lot of these are great. I love the Scoville and capsaicin references, but they may imply more than my sauce can deliver. Habaneros/scotch bonnets are up there in the upper tiers, but higher up you have your ghost chilli and the recently crowned new king of hotness, the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion.

    There's a video on the web of some guy eating a whole raw trinidad moruga scorpion, actually not as entertaining as you'd think.

    Next year, I'm going to try to grow ghost peppers.

    I actually have a bottle of this: 'Who Dares Burns'. (It's a parody of the SAS motto - Who Dares Wins'.) You can see the sauce for sale here. I found it in a local supermarket a few years ago. I tried it once - put a couple of drops in some chicken soup when I had a bad cold.
