Hello, I'm DarthSallyStruthers. Every day, dozens of Western Canadians find themselves without proper shelter, food, medicine...not even a decent cup of Starbucks's amaretto coffee. Because of your generous help, we've done so much for them, but now their need is greater than ever...

*The camera pans to a wide-eyed fanfic author, picking bits of tree bark off herself. On her ragged, hemp-fibre shirt, she wears a button which reads, "I won the Summer FanFic Challenge, Ask Me How!" She looks forlornly into the camera, and speaks haltingly, her eyes darting back and forth as though she's reading from a cue-card.*

"My name is Derisa, and I used to be a simple tree-hugger living in the wilderness that is British Columbia. Just a few months ago, I was a no-name, colourless user struggling to summon my Muse. Thanks to the Western Canadian Regional Forum, I was given a place to play endless rounds of Hangman whenever I suffered from writer's block, or felt the stab of guilt at so many trees being slaughtered just so I could write. But...they might take away my home, my inspiration, my three-game winning streak. If that happens, I'll have no where to post links to my stories, or show off these lovely new colours. Can you see the colours? I can...aren't they pretty...?"

*Camera pans back to Sally, who is wiping a tear from her eye.*
