Yay! So tasty! I'm glad I'm narcissistic enough to have discovered them.

 

at first i was suspicious because i figured you only liked them because of the name. but nope they are delicious, confirmed.

 

i really like living where there are owls. i like hearing them almost every night and every once in a while getting a glimpse of one. owls are my favorite.

 

Yes I like the sound of owls at night too. The great horned owl is my favorite bird.

 

I'd tell you my favorite thread in the JCC, but it's probably everyone else's favorite thread too.

 

Owls hooting at night is good, but my favorite birdcall at night is the common loon. It's so haunting, like a wolf howl.

 

I like almost every genre of music. Rock, country, jazz, classical etc...

 

so my crush faded while we were having this practical ... something.. for three months, away from the university. so we didn't see much of the other students

and now we're back, and it's back and it's fun again.

 

There's an artisan bakery downstairs from my work and they made a chocolate milk. Now, as I'm half Dutch drinking milk as a grown up is totally fine.

But listen to these ingredients:

Milk, Belgian milk chocolate.

I only allow myself one a week but I just had one and it's the best.

 

right now my favorite thing is books

 

Camping, it's so much fun. Camping on the coast, in the mountains, next to streams, on lakes is all good. The camp fire, the passing of whiskey, the passing of other things. The stories, the prep, the work, the payoff. Smiles every time.

 

I have purchased the coconut and mango because of this thread and THEY ARE SO GOOD.

 

Although the taste is good, I found the coconut to be lacking in overall niceness to its mango counterpart... the slices are way, way too thin.

3. perfect sunshine-y day outside when the temp is so perfect that you can't feel it and the humidity is low so no sweating if you move around
4. ladybugs - so cute and lucky, too
5. animals
6. people that really love what they do, their enjoyment is contagious
7. spices because bland food is boring
8. ability to use my imagination
9. colors in general, but specifically blue, purple and teal
10. loud music and peace and quiet depending on my mood
11. genuine and loyal friends

I recently became obsessed with Survivor and have been making my way through all 32 seasons. Or, at least, the ones that make the top of most ranking lists. Survivor's my favorite.

 

32?! How many seasons do they have every year?

 

i'm doing the same thing with top chef! i mean, half the seasons. but still. it's amazing the kind of perspective your real world problems get when your brain is inundated with reality tv. BY WHICH I MEAN EVERYTHING BECOMES SO MUCH MORE DRAMATIC AND HIGH STAKES

 

2 a year since 2000.

 

I watched the first two seasons but I forgot they were more than one a year.

have you guys seen chef's table on netflix? they just released the second season and it's pretty much the best thing ever if you enjoy torturing yourself by looking at food you can't eat.
