[NaNo] National Novel Writing Month 2011- Over for another year.

I'm at 11,202. Better luck next year, I guess.

 

Yep, I always seem to get stuck or to lose oomph somewhere between 10 and 15k. I'll prolly do a bit more on this year's, but I know I won't finish.

 

I am at 34036, and dammit, I am going to win.

 

I'm at 48,976 now, way further ahead than I'd thought. I could probably finish today but my painting is calling to me... =D

I just validated at 50k last night, but I'm probably some 10 pages from the actual end of the story, so I think I'll keep writing through the end of the month.

Wow, that's an epic fanfic. I don't know what it is about, but I am hoping for L/M mush.

I'm at 45,531....almost there.
Planned to get so much done this weekend, but I had to finish my papers to apply for an exchange program - due the 1st of December. I swear, I'll be so glad when this month is over.

*takes deep breath and sighs* Man you guys make me look bad! being in the YWP (Young writers program) i got to choose what to write, i'm at 33,596 no were NEAR where i wanted to be in teh story but hey, made the word count goal.

to all of you (well... ALL of you!) with higher goals who are actually making it... all i have to say is WOW... i mean really WOW i'm truly amazed, i had such a hard time with just 30,000 words, i'd never be able to make it with all 50,000 keep going guys! you can make it! THE FORCE IS WITH YOU!!!

Made it to 52,035 today so I'm officially finished! Well, with NaNo. The story's nowhere near done so I'm just going to keep going with it. It's looking like it's going to be an epic...

 

Since my fic has officially crawled to a complete halt, I'm tempted to just start posting it. Perhaps some reader commentary may help me get it back in gear. It may not be finished for NaNo, but I intend to finish this fic!

 

Feh. I'm at just over 35k, and I have somewhere to be every night for the remaining three nights of NaNo. Fortunately, I get out of work pretty early and God help me, I am determined to write those 5k per day to get this sucker done on time. This is still totally doable, and gorram it, I am going to do it!

 

Made it to 5k. I'm going to continue until I get it finished.

Can you believe how much stuff gets in the way of writing? I mean, miraculously, I had three weekends with soccer tournaments, the one not occupied being Thanksgiving. Soccer helps me brainstorm, but I was too lazy to actually write it down.
NaNo is definately not for the lazy.

I'm around 34K and I know I'm not going to win... too much going on recently but that's okay. Last year I pushed way too hard to win and didn't write for months afterwards, I don't think that will happen this year. I'm on a roll and intend to keep it that way.

I wrote on the plane all the way back home and finished my story at 56,916 words.

With two days and 6k to go I know I can do this but I really just don't feel like writing at all this morning.
