NorthEast NE contact list update

    The CR for Long Island is now Moorglade, and is not StarFromIHJ anymore. Some messages are still being sent to the old CR, so if that list could be updated, that'd help. I'm not sure where requests for these types of changes are supposed to go - I couldn't find a thread for it. Or I just missed it... :D
