Need help in aquiring a costume...please?

The costume in question is the one linked below. It is the Episode One Defense of Naboo burgandy one. It happens to be a very interesting one, and one that I can't do on my time.

Please could any of you know of someone that could make this costume for me, I mean I am willing to pay for it's construction. So can anyway please help me out. Or something.
I am sorry to bother all of you with this, but i am really want this costume...please, you're my only hope.

Hey girl! That would be very cool! I am not much of a red color fan, but that is a beautiful shade. BDK (Mike1) said that he had a seamstress that helped him with his Vader cape. I think he found her through Richie (of Richie's Armor). I will get the number for you. I need to get with her anyway for my Mara Jade outfit (yes Dena, I still plan on doing it!). Most of us have been "do-it-yourselfers", but leather, pleather (sp?) or rubber that I plan on using, will need some speical handling. Plus I want it lined. Keep us posted on the progress! Lisa if you do the Mara I will seriously consider doing the Thrawn. Anybody know where I can get the blue paint and the red eyes. I am reluctant to wear contacts since I don't need them but I will give it a shot if Lisa does the Mara costume.

yes she is very good at starting stuff I just hope she can finish what she starts. I will honestly consider doing it but only if I can find somewhere to get an eye exam that won't cost me an arm and a leg to do it.
