Need Rainy Stock Footage in HD

Hey guys. I'm working with 28 other people on a film in a screenwriting class and things are going pretty smooth, except for one thing. We need some footage of stormy, rainy weather, preferably looking up into the sky. Could anybody help me out with this if they have it?

Oooh... well, that's a lot of water effects but I'm not seeing anything for just plain rain.
The middle right one looks like an idea I had for adding splashes under people's feet when I don't have any puddles on location.

I know Detfilms has some footage, but I'm not sure how great it is. If you try filming real rain, you might notice that it's not super visible on film, it mostly is when looking into a lightsource or when seen splashing into the ground.
