Need Some Brief [Photo] Help.

I know there is a picture from Episode IV (or at least one of the originals) production similar to this, with George, Mark, Harrison and Carrie.

Can someone give me a link to that picture?

The highest resolution you have, I'll take.

Also, if it's in any recently-released book, let me know, I might have it myself but just can't find it.

I believe it's in the making of The Making of Revenge of the Sith, just underneath the picture of George Lucas, Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Rick McCallum and Natalie Portman.

 

There's heaps of CT cast/crew photo's on the bonus features dvd.

 

The quality isn't very good (I don't remember where I found it), but is this the picture you're looking for? It's a production pic from Episode V.

Unfotunately, the bonus disc photos didn't have this one (there are a lot of good ones, though--I never bothered looking at those until tonight).

I found the picture in the Episode III book and scanned it, but, it's pretty poor quality.

So, if anyone still has a viable option suggestion, I'm still listening.

 

Well, for the OT pic, I remember it was in a TIME issue from September of '04 and a TV Guide issue from this past May. I'll see if I can find them (for the week) and then see if my scanner works. But it's been on the fritz lately.

 

Comparing both pictures (two different casts from two different stories) ... It is interesting to notice how Hayden and Natalie are portraiting Mark and Carry, respectively ... On the other hand, Ewan resembles to Harrison ...

 

Rick McAllum just had to spoil that shot by putting his extra face in there....

 

I bet someone with some photoshop skills could remove McAllum from it.

 

Someone from ILM could CGI it out.

 

When I get back to school, I could try Photoshoppping him out (don't have PS at home and I'm on break).

 

Let us pray that someone does. He kills the mood of the picture, IMO.

See, what I was looking for the old photo for was because I'm going to make a poster out of each photo (using the Rasterbator, found here: http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/wizard.gas?Phase=1) and hang them on my ceiling.

So, I had no trouble finding a nice version of the new cast but I did not A: want to look at Rick on my ceiling and B: believe he belonged (especially when there's no producer in the old one).

So I slid Hayden over and cloned some background stuff to get him right out of there.

Ultimately, it looks like I might have to do them relatively both in low-resolution (maybe with some "artistic" contrast problems and blur) and both in greyscale.

It might actually look cooler, to do the newer one in black & white without perfect clarity, to kind of link the two aesthetically.

Still, if people can provide larger pictures of the old one in color or not, please do.

For the OT pic, I don't know if it was ever in color. All copies I've seen of it are in black and white.

 

Just find some nice head-on pics of Hayden and Ewan, and Photoshop them in...

Great pics. It's actually amazing how much Natalie and Carrie look alike.

 

I think Carrie and Natalie have similar smiles. It lights up their face.
