I was thinking about the relationship the Chancellor and Valin Solo should have. Maybe Valin's father was friends with him and now that Valin's dad is dead the Chancellor watches after him.

Also, what does Valin look like? I picture him with blue eyes and brown hair.

ok, I still haven't written my post yet . Can I make Malifakt Torr a Vong priest?

 

Actually i was thinking about making Malifakt an atheistic Vong. How's that for a twist?

I was planing on the Chancellor being put in the hospital in my next post. Do you guys think it's too soon for that, or should I go ahead and do it?

 

I think its too soon. Let's what until something horrible happens and the stress from that will cause him to fall extremely ill. Is that okay?

Well, looks like its my turn again. Any suggestions on where to head next? How about those slave runners, have we decided what we're gonna do with them yet?

 

Three possibilities for the next post:

#1 Finding out what was in the chip Valin gave the delegates.

#2 Finding out what the Chancellor is going to do about all of this.

#3 Have some slave runners captured by the Vong, see how they would be treated. Or have them met in some secluded underground meeting to discuss what their next actions will be.

 

hmm...

What's on the chip anyhow? Does anyone really know, or was it just tossed in to be developed later?

 

Haven't a clue. And it's pretty bad when even the writers don't know!

 

hello everybody, the story you guys are writing is great so far.

i couln'd help but notice you don't know whats on the chip, even though you guys put it in the story. so permit me to make a suggestion. what if the chip containted information of... ready?.....of.. a super death star yes you heard me right. a super death star opperated and being constructed by......the jedi?
i'll be looking forward to some more of your story.

 

Hey, it's not that bad-- With half (actually all) of the things I write, I have the beginnning laid out and no idea for the middle or end. But that's okay.

I suggest we set the chip aside for a little bit so we can have time to think of the right thing.

I think we should introduce the Jedi sometime soon. It could be like they, on their hidden planet, feel the disturbance in the Force caused by the Yammosk. The yammosk doesn't see them, however, because Valin's Force presence is so overwhelming.

Maybe the chip could be a cryptic warning sent from agents of the Jedi.

I'm not up to date on the NJO so if they've done this let me now. Remember the shield projectors Lando used on the ships doing the asteroid run in "Vector Prime"? What if someone developed a ship specifically designed to project shields onto other ships? It would have to be big enough to avoid being squashed into nothingness by that spinning kamekazi dovin basal trick. It would probably be spherical to efficiently project shields throughout the battle area. Big . . . Round . . . Sound Familiar?

With shields projected over them, fighters don't have to worry them being sucked off. They can always get a new one. Of course, if the Shield Ship is destroyed, may the Force be with them.
