    Hoping this fits into the forum rules, but:

    I've read a lot about really flimsy costumes and rip off artists on eBay and was wondering if this was one of them.

    Has anyone ever seen anything like this or dealt with him?

    Don't go for it, looks like a Clonetrooper which was thrown into a trash compactor (no offense to the maker) ;) A fan made costume, dunno if it's a ripoff.
