Need Your Opnions

I am making a video tutorial on compositing fire. I've come up with three methods. I wanted your guys opinion on which one looks best. Thoughts?

I'm still trying to figure out why the water is on fire.

Anyway, I think B looks best.

 

B looks pixelated. I prefer A.

 

Its actually simple chemistry. Water is made up of 2 Hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. Hydrogen is extremely flammable as demonstrated by the Hindenburg disaster, and oxygen greatly accelerates combustion.

Therefore water is flammable. Just applying my high school chemistry....

 

My vote goes to B. Incidentally, based on my tests, it's also the closest to a proper linear add.

B seem to fit the shot the best. I also like C but it stands out too much.

Yeah, B. It looks the most real, like it's not composited.

 

B definitely has the unmistakeable look of fire observed in bright sunshine. B is great.

 

Like you need another vote, but B seems to be the best blended into the environment; A and C stand out a bit too much.

I know that I'll get flamed for this, but I have to go against everybody else and say B.

 

I don't think that anyone looks really real. Why? Because none of them has reflections. If we scratch that, I think that B looks good .

 

Ok, I'll make my tutorial based on the B method. Which is good, because it's the easiest one to do. I may cover one of the other techniques too. We'll see.

Thanks for chiming in. I'll try to record the tutorial today, or maybe sometime in the next couple of days if I get too busy today.

Then how were you able to type "B" in your post? I assume you copied and pasted.

 

I prefer A, but B comes in second. How's that for my opnion?
