My cunning plan to stop eating candy by ditching the leftovers in the lunchroom backfired hen someone else added theirs to the pile, tempting me with a different selection than what I already ate last night.

I'm going to try walking from my house down into town to farmer's market, rather than driving. It's around 8.5miles round trip.
This is going to require getting dressed pretty soon, though. It's the inertia of getting moving that is so hard.
