Dr Steve Brule is laughing. Laughing at the thought. The thought that bad Aftermath reviews are only from EU fans. Laughing at the thought. The thought that Aftermath's writing is actually "good."

With the Aftermath trilogy I feel like you can skip the first one. Just read the wookieepedia summary. The second one has lots of character development and mystery. The third one has waaaaay to many fake out deaths but apart from that is pretty exciting.

YA novels aren't less graphic; they just tend to be about teenagers having relatable teenage problems. Personally I can't stand them :p

IIRC that was a junior (IE children’s) novel, not a young adult novel.

Also even though it hasn't been released yet, definitely give Thrawn: Alliances a shot when it comes out in June. Vader and Thrawn? What more could you ask for.

Did I say that the reviews were only from, and that I thought that?

I simply pointed out some context.

I enjoyed the books, and so did several others.
